Tradition Hospital’s 10-bed level 2 N eonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) cares for newborns with complex medical problems. Whether a baby is born early (prematurely) or needs additional medical attention, NICU caregivers are trained to provide the best care possible. By joining the NICU team as an RN, you will deliver exceptional care to our tiniest patients throughout their patient care journey.
Some of your daily responsibilities will include obtaining vital signs, performing assessments, assisting parents, providing breastfeeding education and bathing babies. In this role, it will be your goal to ensure patient safety and provide quality care all while being a part of an elite healthcare organization.
