Full time – 36 hours per week. 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with call rotation during the week and weekends. Holiday rotation for call standby required. • $34.46 - $51.02 per hour, based on experience
• Shift Differentials: o Additional $4.50 per hour for call shift o Additional $3.00 per hour for weekend shift
• Choose Between Sign-On Bonus -OR- Retention Rewards o Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 o Retention Rewards: Up to $15,000 § Relocation Support: Additional $5,000 if moving from over 50 miles away § Retention Reward (Option 1): $2,000 per year for up to 5 years, totaling $10,000 § Student Loan Repayment (Option 2): $2,000 per year toward student loans, up to 5 years, totaling $10,000 o Note: Details will be provided during the HR interview. • Assist physicians in performing cardiac and peripheral endovascular procedures like catheterization, valvuloplasties, angioplasties, implants, ablations, and structural repairs. Perform hemodynamic monitoring of patients during procedures under conscious sedation. Perform pre and post-procedure nursing services and patient monitoring. Operate medical and imaging equipment used in coronary, electrophysiology, and vascular interventional labs.
• Prepare patient and equipment for catheterization procedures by preparing the entry site, draping the patient, arranging sterilized instruments and catheters, and calibrating and setting-up pressure transducers and tubing. Obtain and record hemodynamic, electrical, and angiographic data by operating hemodynamic and electrical amplifiers. Provide nursing care to patients according to departmental and critical care nursing standards. Educate patients and families about the patient's illness, their care, and treatment plan. May complete unit/department-specific duties as outlined in department documents. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN. When primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs must apply under new state of residency within thirty (30) days.
• One (1) year of inpatient, acute-care, emergency room, or invasive procedure RN experience.

• ICU/CCU RN experience in arrhythmia and hemodynamic monitoring of patients in an acute-care setting. Cardiac Vascular Nursing Certification (RN-BC) certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
