You’ll need
Licensure
✓Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current, unrestricted RN license (or eligibility to practice) in the state of employment.
Certifications
✓Current CPR certification and willingness to complete de‑escalation and restraint training (provided upon hire, if needed).
✓First Aid certification, as required by state or facility guidelines.
Qualifications
✓Strong clinical judgment, attention to documentation, and the ability to remain calm and therapeutic in behavioral health settings.
At least one year of nursing experience; behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment experience strongly preferred.
