Observation RN Observation Unit is a 24-bed rapid paced, medical, and surgical unit that provides high quality care for patients who require active and focused management during an expected length of stay between 8 and 48 hours. Qualifications RN with Valid NC RN License or Compact State RN License required.
Experience required. BLS required. To develop and maintain a highly educated registered nursing staff to meet the present and future demands of the nursing profession, employees who begin employment with FirstHealth of the Carolinas in a position that requires a registered nurse must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree within five (5) years of their employment date.
