Licensure
✓Maintains all required licensures and certifications (RN, BLS) as well as current Chemotherapy/Biotherapy card and ONCC Oncology Certification (OCN).
✓Registered Nurse with current NH or compact state license Certifications: Current BLS/CPR training: ONCC Oncology Certification (OCN) Current ONS Chemo/Biotherapy Card.

✓Attends ongoing educational programs as required to maintain licensure and certifications, and as assigned by the Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager or Practice manager, including annual competencies in Telephone Triage and Clinical Skills Day.
Education
✓Associates of Science in Nursing (or Equivalent) from an accredited institution required.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution is preferred.
Qualifications
✓3-4 years of professional nursing experience with 1-2 years of oncology nursing experience.
