You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current RN license in Kentucky.
Certifications
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Oncology certified nurse (OCN) recommended or to be obtained within 2 years of employment. preferred
Academy of Oncology Nurse and Patient Navigator certification recommended or to be obtained within 2 years of employment. preferred
Education
✓Graduation from an accredited/approved school of nursing.
✓Associate Nursing Degree required – BSN required within 2 years of hire.
Qualifications
✓2+ years of oncology experience at the bedside.
✓Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with nurses, physicians, and skilled healthcare professionals.
✓Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
Previous Cerner experience. preferred

What you’ll do
