✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Registered Nurse License (Washington) within 6 months of hire OR Compact License: Registered Nurse within 6 months of hire
✓Registered Nurse License (Oregon) within 6 months of hire
Certifications
✓Minimum three (3) years of recent (within past five (5) years) Labor and Delivery or outpatient OBGYN experience in performing Fetal Non-Stress Tests OR current certification in electronic fetal monitoring (C-EFM) from the National Certification Corporation (NCC)
✓This job requires credentials from multiple states.
✓Credentials from the primary work state are required at hire.
✓Additional Credentials from the secondary work state(s) are required post hire.
✓Basic Life Support required at hire
Certification as competent in performing antenatal testing preferred
Education
✓Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing.
✓High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
Current or future bachelors degree in nursing or related field. preferred

✓Minimum two (2) years of RN experience within the last five (5) years OR successful completion of the Kaiser Permanente NW RN New Grad/transition to practice program
Previous experience with population care/case management, triage and advice. preferred
Minimumfive (5)years ofLabor and Delivery or outpatient OBGYN experience in performing Fetal Non-Stress Tests preferred
Previous L&D setting experience of three (3) years or greater preferred.
Experience with the use of protocols for rendering advice preferred.
including limited ultrasound preferred.
Use of electronic medical record technology preferred.
Competent in new insulin starts preferred.
Well versed in care of pregnant diabetic patient and train in GDM preferred.
