We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced Primary Care & Walk-In Clinic team. In this role, you will work alongside Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Medical Assistants to provide high-quality patient care across all age groups, from infants to seniors. Key Responsibilities Triage & Patient Assessment: Evaluate walk-in patients upon check-in, identify concerning symptoms, and escalate care as appropriate.
Nursing Care: Perform IV insertions, phlebotomy, catheter care, injections, and Point-of-Care testing; assist in imaging setup. Clinic Flow Support: Room patients, assist providers, and direct patients to the ER when necessary. Provider Collaboration: Work closely with 3–4 providers per day to ensure efficient, coordinated patient care.
Patient Volume Management: Support a high-volume clinic (50–100 patients daily) with efficiency and professionalism. Team Contribution: Collaborate with medical assistants and fellow nurses to maintain a smooth, patient-centered workflow. What we offer you!

Current HCP CPR certification required. Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred. RQI Provider (BLS) within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required.
Pediatric Care: PALS within six (6) months of hire/transfer. Excellent organizational and critical-thinking skills; ability to prioritize and work both independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software systems as needed. Who You Are An energetic and adaptable RN who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical setting. Skilled in triage, patient assessment, and direct patient care.

Day Shift - 10 Hours
Full-time, 40 hours per week. This position will work four, 10-hour shifts per week typically between 7:30/8 a.m. - around 6 p.m. Monday - Friday.
Days of the week could vary. This position will also participate in weekend shift rotation, typically 1 weekend per month. Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
