Days: Mondays/Fridays 7am - 6pm, Sat/Sun Flexible hours ; Nights: Sunday - Thurs 7pm - 7am, Fri/Sat Flexible hours Salary: $40 - $45/h Case #2 Age/Gender: 12yr, F Location: Round Lake, IL Acuity: G-tube/TPN
Days: Tues - Thurs 7am - 7pm, Saturday 8am - 8pm; Nights: Fri/Sat 8pm - 8am School: Attends SEDOL school Monday - Friday Salary: $38 - $40/h

Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs. Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses Other Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.
Current Nursing License in the state in which the practices. Current Health Certificate (per facility). Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card. One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred. Maxim
