Certifications
✓The Medical Center is a certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center, a Certified Chest Pain Center, as well as a Level III Trauma Center.
✓Have basic life support (BLS) certification or get it within 30 days of starting.
Education
✓Baylor Scott & White Hospital – College Station is a private, 143-bed, multi-specialty hospital.
✓You should have graduated from an accredited program in nursing or have two years of relevant work experience.
Qualifications
✓PRN RNs are required to work a minimum of 2 shifts per 6-week period .
✓RNs must be able to float to assigned units based on staffing and operational needs.
✓Successful Float Pool RNs demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, strong communication, and the ability to quickly integrate into different unit environments.
✓Additionally, we have achieved the American Nurses Credentialing Center Magnet® Designation .
