As a Registered Nurse on our transplant team, you'll care for patients with complex medical needs while collaborating with nationally recognized physicians and multidisciplinary experts dedicated to advancing transplant care. We are seeking a Procedure Transplant Clinic RN to: Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients before and after organ transplantation in an ambulatory clinic setting. Educate patients and families on transplant care, medications, recovery, and long-term health management.
Assess patient needs, coordinate care, and manage complex clinical concerns Administer infusion therapies and provide nursing care for patients undergoing transplant biopsies and other specialized procedures. Collaborate with transplant physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, social workers, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless, high-quality care. Advocate for patients and families while fostering a compassionate, patient- and family-centered care experience.
