RN Prof Dev Specialist - KH Dayton

The RN Professional Development Specialist advances nursing practice by designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that foster clinical competence and professional growth among nursing staff. This role collaborates with nursing leadership to assess learning needs, promote evidence-based practice, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Performs other duties as assigned.

All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Nursing related master's degree required within 4 years of hire Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience.
