EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR
1. Associate’s degree in Nursing. 2. Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which services will be provided or current multi-state Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact ( eNLC ). 3.
Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire.
1. Three (3) years of clinical experience in nursing.

Directs and oversees Performance Improvement initiatives. 2. Coordinates and oversees preparation and submission of education programs to meet national standards of accreditation for patients, nurses, exercise physiologists and exercise specialists, as applicable. 5. Prepares and performs annual review of the program. 6. Assists in the revision and review of policies and protocols. 7.
Assists with marketing and program preparation. 8. Conducts daily rounds and/or audits on applicable patient population, as needed. 9. Supervises, trains, and promotes the development of staff and provides direction as needed.
