We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to: Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of strategic clinical programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality outcomes. Serve as the subject matter expert for program operations, providing guidance, oversight, and feedback to team members while driving process improvement and operational excellence. Analyze program performance data, prepare reports and dashboards, and communicate key outcomes, opportunities, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders, providers, and staff to support program growth, accreditation activities, external award applications, and the design of innovative patient care initiatives.
