Assists with data collection for process improvement projects and contribute ideas for departmental improvements. Completes required education in a timely manner and attend department meetings to promote positive dialogue and meet objectives. Obtains and evaluates nursing history, including initial and follow-up assessments, pain screening, and signs of abuse or neglect. Assesses patients for age-appropriate behavior, motor skills, physiological norms, and developmental levels. Identifies individualized plans of care based on patient needs and evaluate the availability of support systems. Administers treatments and medications, interpret and verify physician orders, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Functions appropriately in clinical emergencies and investigate questionable situations.Grow with us.
