You’ll need
Licensure
✓RN (Registered Nurse) License
Certifications
BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association preferred
ACLS certification with the American Heart Association preferred
Education
✓Diploma, Associate’s, Bachelor's or Higher in Nursing
Bachelor's in Nursing preferred
Qualifications
1-years' RN experience in the Hemodialysis in an Acute Care setting preferred
Strongly prefers 2-years' ICU RN experience preferred
The Registered Nurse – Hemodialysis responsibilities and skills: preferred
Works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of Dialysis patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards preferred
Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in critical care preferred
Monitor, record, and update care team on patient vitals and assessments. preferred
Identifying sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition preferred
Responding to medical emergencies for critical patients preferred
High emotional intelligence to create a positive patient care experience that includes simplifying medical terminology and concepts to the patient preferred
