Education
✓Diploma, Associate’s, Bachelor's or Higher in Nursing
Bachelor's in Nursing preferred
Qualifications
1-year RN experience in the ICU in an Acute Care setting preferred
The Registered Nurse – ICU responsibilities and skills: preferred
Works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of ICU patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards preferred
Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in critical care preferred
Monitor, record, and update care team on patient vitals and assessments. preferred
Identifying sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition preferred
Responding to medical emergencies for critical patients preferred
High emotional intelligence to create a positive patient care experience that includes simplifying medical terminology and concepts to the patient preferred
