Here’s What You NeedNursing Diploma – RequiredAssociate’s Degree in Nursing – RequiredBachelor’s Degree in Nursing – PreferredMinimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse – RequiredRN (Registered Nurse) – Required upon hireBCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) – Required prior to providing independent patient care; must be maintained quarterlyACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Required within 90 days of hirePALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – Required within 90 days of hireAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment What You Will DoAs a nurse, you will focus on responding to others priorities regarding safety, physical and psychological needs while paying close attention to maintenance of comfort and human emotion during health and illness, while providing safe patient care.
