You’ll need
Licensure
✓Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) - Single State - State Board of Nursing (Kansas) or compact license
Certifications
✓CPR/ AED/ BLS - Other BLS within 14 days
✓Some units will require additional unit-specific affirmations/certifications/work experience
Education
✓High School Graduate
✓Associate Degree Nursing
✓Nurses hired after September 1, 2026, without a BSN will be required to sign an ADN-to-BSN agreement at the time of hire and must complete a BSN degree by the fifth anniversary of hire into this role
