Under the leadership of the Director, Nursing Home, the Supervisor, Nursing Home RN an active member of the department that collects data, provides comfort measures, and basic care residents. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the care provided by the nursing staff is appropriate for the residents’ developmental age and is culturally sensitive. Reviews the formulated plan for care, and analyzes the effectiveness of interventions and interactions with residents, family members and other health team members.
Ensures that the standards of professional nursing are maintained in the delivery of all care.
