Responsibilities$7,500 Sign on Bonus!* The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations while providing high-quality patient care. This role supports, coordinates, and mentors nursing staff, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborates closely with radiologists and clinical teams. This position also involves direct patient care across multiple imaging modalities.

Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations, including staff assignments, scheduling, and workflowSupport and mentor nursing staff, promoting professional development and clinical excellenceEnsure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)Assist radiologists with procedures and administer medications, including IV contrast and sedation as appropriateMonitor patient condition, vital signs, and respond to emergencies as neededPrepare and educate patients before and after procedures to ensure a positive experienceMaintain oversight of supplies, medications, crash carts, and controlled substancesParticipate in quality assurance, risk management, and emergency preparedness activitiesCollaborate with clinical teams to support efficient scheduling and patient flowPerform hands-on nursing duties across imaging services (CT, MRI, PET, ultrasound, interventional radiology)

Active RN license with strong clinical nursing skillsExperience in radiology, imaging, or procedural settings preferredProven ability to lead, supervise, and support a clinical teamKnowledge of patient safety standards, regulatory compliance, and emergency responseStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesComfortable with patient care tasks including IV placement, medication administration, and monitoringBLS/ACLS certification (or ability to obtain)
