RN - Surgery Center

Cabell Huntington Hospital is a seeking a Registered Nurse to work in our Surgery Center. The Surgery Center OR Registered Nurse provides circulating and/or scrub services in the operating room during surgical procedures and assists the surgical team as needed in any other capacity, according to established procedures . The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating intraoperative patient care, and maintaining compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Preferred prior experience working in the perioperative setting. BLS and ACLS required for OR RNs. The Surgery Center Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse provides safe, high-quality patient care in the perioperative area (Pre-op and PACU) from admission to discharge.

The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge, and maintaining compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety standards. Preferred prior experience working in the perioperative or critical care setting. BLS, ACLS, and PALS required for Pre-op/PACU RNs.

The shift will be determined by each hiring manager. The pay rate will be determined in accordance with the labor agreement.
