About the role

The Med/Surg/Tele Float Pool is a unit that supplies replacement staff to the inpatient units. The primary purpose of the Float pool is to cover unexpected absences from the units. Due to the nature of the Float Pool, staff will be caring for adult patients across the acute care spectrum.
