Website: https://rollinghillshospital.org * Rolling Hills Hospital is hiring TEMPORARY REGISTERED NURSES for night-shift, 7p-7am. * 3 or 4 month assignments are available. * Candidates must be able to work weekends. * Current UHS employees and former UHS employees within the past 6 months are not eligible to apply. * PREMIUM PAY The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care as prescribed by the physician and treatment team.
The RN provides medical management and assessment of patients; ensures environmental safety and crisis management for the patient population; directs the implementation of behavior management programs and ensures consistent carry-through. The Registered Nurse is responsible for making the patient and task assignments to subordinates and monitors their duties. The RN provides training and education to staff, patients, families; documents patient care and ensures data is accurate and included in the master treatment plan via timely nursing care plan updates.
The RN works with the treatment team to provide consistently therapeutic milieu.
