Our nationally recognized transplant team has performed almost 2,000 pancreas transplants and is among the nation’s highest ranked pancreas transplant programs for survival. ( SRTR.org ) We are seeking an RN Transplant Coordinator – Pancreas to: Collaborate with world-renowned transplant experts in a program known globally for research, innovation, and excellence in patient outcomes. Guide patients through one of the most important journeys of their lives .
Use your critical thinking and clinical judgment daily , delivering personalized education and support across the continuum of care.
