Licensure
✓Licensed Registered Nurse in NYS required
Certifications
✓Baccalaureate prepared Registered Nurse with current CPR certification required.
✓Wellcoaches® certification (or equivalent wellness coaching certification) required within one year of hire for PT and FT staff.
Expertise in adult nursing with 3 to 5 years’ experience preferred and specialty certification desirable
Education
✓or equivalent combination of education and experience

✓Regular daily travel is an essential requirement of this position.
✓Candidates must have a reliable means of transportation (reimbursement for mileage provided).
✓Basic computer skills are essential.

Conduct POCT biometric screeningsConduct POCT biometric screenings at employer sites throughout Monroe and surrounding counties
