You’ll need
Certifications
✓Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or relevant clinical background required.
✓Certification in robotic surgical technology or perioperative services preferred but not required.
✓Certification in Surgical Technologist or Registered Nurse
Education
✓High school diploma or GED required.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field preferred.
Qualifications
✓Broad familiarity with multiple surgical service lines and strong knowledge of surgical instruments and trays.
✓Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
✓Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
✓Experience working with sterile processing, instrument management, and surgical support workflows.
3+ years of experience in an Operating Room setting; robotic surgery experience highly preferred.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with robotic surgical systems (e.g., Da Vinci) highly desirable. preferred

About the role
Serve as the primary point of contact for all robotic surgery cases, as well as other cases requiring troubleshooting and coordination.

Collaborate with Sterile ProcessingCollaborate with Sterile Processing Department (SPD) to maintain tray integrity and address missing/damaged instruments
Partner with the SterilePartner with the Sterile Processing Department (SPD) and Instrument Management teams to maintain robotic tray integrity and support additional instrument tray needs identified by Cluster Managers
