Room Service Associate, Resource Pool, 1st and 2nd Shift

6:30AM-7:30PM Days and shifts vary. The Room Service Associate (RSA) is responsible for transporting Room Service Carts to units to deliver meals to patients using exceptional customer service skills. Must be an excellent communicator and maintain a pleasant/cheerful demeanor.

Must be polite, friendly, and helpful with patients/nurses/customers. Responsible for the management of nursing unit bulk nourishment inventories. Responsible for keeping the unit nourishment kitchens tidy.

Relays identified problems to Supervisor. Must maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in work area. Must be flexible with schedule times.

Completes any other duties as assigned. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
