Qualifications

✓2)Uses courtesy and respect in all interactions with managers, co-workers, patients, staff and visitors.
✓3)Responds positively to all requests. Utilizes proper phone etiquette and scripting when speaking to patients.

✓5)Performs additional miscellaneous duties, communicating status to supervisor
✓1)Assists with training of other employees
✓2)Attends scheduled inservices and meetings.
✓Ability to speak, read and write English clearly and proficiently, as related to essential job activities • Computer skills • Knowledge of medical terminology (T.I.D., B.I.D., etc.) • Math skills: conversions of oz, cc, ml • Ability to communicate effectively
