We are a hospital-employed group with no partnership track/buy-in and equal parity, scheduling, and vote from day one! - 13,000 patientsEasy transfers (ground and air) to Mercy Hospital - Springfield, an 886-bed level I trauma center and tertiary catchment hospital for a four-state areaHospitalists available 24-hours per day for admissionsNo hospitalist work or inpatient rounding requiredMRI and CT availableBasic emergency procedures are available including Glidescope and UltrasoundNo trauma designationLess than 2 patients per hourEPIC EMR across MercyRated in the top 5% nationally for overall clinical excellence by HealthgradesNamed in the top 100 critical-access hospitals in the USMercy Emergency Medicine Offers:Schedule completed three months in advance for a great work/life balance12-hour shifts, 12 shifts per month – flexible and block scheduling available$50,000 signing bonus plus paid relocationGuaranteed hours/shifts and $225
