You’ll need
Education
✓Associate degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, project management, nursing, information technology, or a related field required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Qualifications
✓Valid driver’s license and proof of appropriate auto insurance required
✓Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare, administrative coordination, project coordination, grant support, quality improvement, rural health, hospital operations, or a related field
✓Strong organizational and project management skills
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and levels of leadership
✓Experience with meeting facilitation, documentation, and follow-up tracking
✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
✓Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
✓Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and data tracking
✓Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately
✓Ability to build collaborative relationships with rural health partners and leaders
✓Comfort working with remote meeting platforms and digital tools
