When you join RadNet as a Concierge Sales Marketer, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: Relationship DevelopmentVisit physician offices to introduce imaging services. Build relationships with physicians, office managers, referral coordinators, and clinical staff.
Support Provider Sales Representatives with territory coverage. Assist with new provider onboarding. Conduct routine follow-up visits with referral sources.
Deliver marketing materials and educational resources. Customer ServiceRespond to physician office questions. Resolve routine service concerns.
Escalate complex issues appropriately. Serve as a liaison between operations and referring offices. MarketingCoordinate Lunch & Learns.
Assist with CME events. Support community outreach activities. Participate in health fairs.
Help coordinate physician appreciation events. Promote new modalities and services. Territory SupportMaintain CRM documentation.
Update referral databases. Track provider interactions. Assist with physician satisfaction surveys.
Monitor referral trends. Prepare reports for Territory Managers. Learning & DevelopmentComplete structured sales training.
Learn imaging modalities. Learn healthcare reimbursement basics. Understand referral patterns.
