Participate in a 10-week internship program that includes a comprehensive, structured classroom training curriculum focused on the Medicare business and serving Medicare-eligible members and prospects seeking health care coverage Take part in networking opportunities, basic technical skills training, speaker series, and additional enrichment activities throughout the summer program Develop and refine selling and presentation skills through sales competitions, simulated practice, projects, and job shadowing Gain exposure to our end-to-end sales process, health insurance, consumer base, and the role our organization plays in the market Build an understanding of the Direct-to-Consumer Sales model and its role in overall distribution Gain hands-on experience with sales and sales support processes through phone-based and operational activities that help deliver high-quality experiences for those we serve You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university for the full duration of the internship; internships are not intended for graduating seniors Eligible to work in the U. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
