Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Scheduler to join our Radiology Department as we continue to grow — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve. Position Details Status: PRN Work
Days Hours: Mon-Fri, 3pm-6:30pm, 36 hours every 2 weeks What Your Day Looks Like: In this role, you will be coordinating scheduling of complex exams, processing physicians orders, and acting as department receptionist. As a Scheduler you will be: Welcoming patients as they enter waiting area Entering patients information to complete registrations Directing patients to appropriate areas Coordinating surgery, anesthesia, modality, technologist and radiologist schedules Updating technologists about walk-in and no-show appointments Qualifications
High school diploma required
Customer service, 1 year of clerical skills preferred Licensure/Certification: SAFE Training within one year; renew annually Physical
