We are seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals who either hold a Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT®) credential or are interested in obtaining one. The RBT® credential, offered through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB®), is required for professionals providing ABA and insurance-based services in Hawaii. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support to children and young adults with Autism in Hawaii Island school districts.

Competitive hourly rate of $30 and up based on experience. We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the following locations: Honoka'a, Laupahoehoe, Waimea, Kohala, Waikoloa, Kailua- Kona Additional opportunities may be available in surrounding areas. Respect the values, thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes of clients and families Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers to support the student in the classroom environment Document interventions and progress towards goals Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan Provide training, instruction, and assistance to help the student acquire and maintain skills and meet identified goals Provide support to the client in interpersonal skills, development, and maintenance of personal relationships, and building independence in their school routine Supports school age children to succeed with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
