Seasonal Child Development Worker - PRN Responsible for supervision and planning for a group of children while maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment in which children can grow physically, emotionally, socially, and cognitively. Job Duties: Have knowledge of developmental milestones appropriate for the age group and will effectively assess readiness of children in the class. Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff.
Collect information to prepare daily lesson plans. Maintain supplies and materials needed for activities. Encourage exploration, self-awareness, play based learning, and emotional wellbeing.
High School Diploma/GED Fifteen (15) hours annual training as approved by Cabinet for Human Resources standard for Childcare Centers to be completed within the first year Preferred
