Nights Job Type: Per Diem The Professional Staff Nurse plans, delivers and evaluates nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of the Director and/or designee. Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Responsibilities Assesses physical, psychosocial, educational, and growth and development needs of the patient. Develops a written plan of care using assessment data and provides teaching and guidance to patient and/or family as well as staff members. Implements nursing plan of care on assigned patients and communicates and Documents patient activities, needs and assessments.

Licensed Registered Nurse, State of Florida CPR certification (Basic Life Support) Successful completion of GSMC medication test Chemotherapy provider card required after 18 months of employment/transfer ACLS within 6 month employment/transfer Basic EKG Minimum

0 to less than 6 months.
