Security Architecture Lead

$121,400.00 - $157,900.00 per year Pay Transparency: The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. the ability to communicate information clearly and concisely with project leadership and subject matter experts; the ability to gain trust and establish effective relationships with Epic counterparts Learning: the ability and willingness to learn new software and systems Listening: listening attentively to ensure that the intended message has been accurately received, holding responses until the person has finished making their point, and repeating information to ensure accuracy Problem solving seeking, logically examining, and interpreting information from different sources to determine a problem's cause and developing a course of action to resolve the problem and to prevent its recurrence Resilience: the ability to persevere in difficult situations, overcome obstacles, and reach high levels of performance when faced with stressful work situations and time pressures Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technology architecture with long-term business objectives Executive Presence: Communicates complex technology strategies effectively to leadership Visionary Leadership: Inspires teams with a clear architectural vision and roadmap Influence & Collaboration: Builds strong relationships across business and technology functions Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud platforms, and integration patterns Innovation Mindset: Passion for leveraging emerging technologies to create competitive advantage Risk Management: Skilled in identifying and mitigating technology and operational risks Business Acumen: Strong grasp of financial implications of technology decisions Change Agent: Drives organizational transformation and fosters a culture of agility and innovation Mentorship: Develops and empowers architecture and engineering talent A typical day as a Security Architecture Lead: Develop and maintain the enterprise application and data architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy Establish and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices Participate in architecture governance processes to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic goals Design and oversee the implementation of application and data solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and cost-effective Provide guidance and oversight for the development and integration of applications and data systems Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with Digital solutions anate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the enterprise architecture Expertise in Cloud technologies, Microservices architecture, Data warehouse house architecture, APIs, DevSecOps & Agile methodologies Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Strong understanding of systems, application and database architectures of distributed, highly available systems and networking design and architectures To be considered for this role, you must have: Preferred: Master's degree is preferred Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred: 10 year proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, with a focus on application and data architecture. Minimum: 5 year proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, with a focus on application and data architecture.
