Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certified. preferred
Education
✓High school graduate or GED.
Qualifications
✓Must possess/maintain a valid Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) from the Illinois Department of
✓Finance and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) after successfully completing a 20-hour security guard training course
✓from an approved provider.
✓Must possess/maintain a valid Illinois Firearm’s Owner’s Identification Card (FOID) as issued by the Illinois State
✓Must have successfully completed a 28-hour firearms training course (including revolver) from a State of Illinois
✓approved provider within two (2) years of the Firearms Control Card (FCC) application, or the applicant must show
✓proof on the FCC application of requalification with the last year at the time of application.
✓Must be eligible to obtain/maintain an Illinois FCC from the IDFPR within 90 days of employment (including
✓Must maintain a satisfactory firearms requalification score as mandated by the IDFPR.
✓Valid Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin driver’s license required with a prior driving record deemed acceptable to
✓Human Resources pursuant to a driver’s history check.
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service.
✓Basic computer skills are essential.
✓Must be flexible with scheduling.
