The Security Officer provides a safe and secure environment for all UnityPoint Health properties. This role monitors hospital buildings and premises to prevent theft, vandalism, unauthorized intruders, and protects patients, team members, and visitors. The Security Officer provides input in developing security procedures, which address the day-to-day physical security needs of the Unity Point Health System.
There is an established career ladder for this role with the potential for you to jump up to a Security Officer II after a year of experience with a bump in pay! If you have a year or more of prior security experience when applying, we will hire you on at a Level II! Why UnityPoint Health?
