Senior Administrative Support Coordinator - Nursing EDU

Coordinates complex administrative and secretarial duties. Maintains and promotes overall office efficiency. Job Responsibility: Coordinates diversified clerical duties which may include, but are not limited to: Typing various correspondence, reports, articles; Greeting and directing visitors Answering telephones, taking messages, directing intercom pages Scheduling appointments/meetings Maintaining department/office files, record keeping, patient record filing Taking meeting minutes Collecting payments Keeping inventory and ordering supplies for the department/office Work with lead and/or supervisor on day-to-day technical/procedure challenges Provide training and direction to new team members Performs related duties as required.

• Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
