✓Experience with marketing, sales, and/or customer service operations and strategies
✓Excellent computer skills, including high proficiency with Microsoft Excel
✓Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade through personal credibility, integrity, and professionalism
✓Highly motivated and display a natural sense of completing tasks timely and accurately
✓Proven excellent time management and organizational skills
✓Proven ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
✓Proven ability to exhibit a high level of professionalism and be able to complete a variety of project tasks in a timely and efficient manner
✓Proven excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
✓Demonstrate an outcome orientation - able to diagnose problems/opportunities and craft strategies and solutions to impact results
✓Proven excellent analytical and technical skills and the ability to quickly identify and evaluate business risks and concerns and apply appropriate techniques to assist in resolving
✓Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
Experience within healthcare; home health, hospice, and/or post-acute care preferred
