Qualifications
✓7-9 years experience as a practicing attorney with emphasis in contract legal review and negotiation (Required)
✓Ability to be proactive, set and adhere to high standards, and persist with goal achievement.
✓Ability to actively listen to ideas and makes decisions resulting in the best outcome for customer, team, and organization.
✓Ability to accept responsibility for work outcomes and completes own tasks in an appropriate time frame. Is timely, present, and engaged in work projects and commitments.

✓Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing.
✓Ability to collaborate with multiple departments to improve processes administration and operations in manners which are pragmatic and legally compliant.
✓Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, LexisNexis, legal research, with the ability to learn and fully adapt to programs and software used within DH.
