You’ll need
Certifications
CEBS or CBP designation is preferred
Education
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, human resources, or related discipline (or the equivalent in related work experience). preferred
Qualifications
✓Four (4) years of professional employee benefits experience with strong knowledge of plan design, automation, administration and compliance for retirement and health and welfare programs, ERISA and other employee benefit related laws and regulations is required.
✓Three (3) years of experience utilizing information systems to perform complex data analysis is required.
✓Experience administering automated benefit self-service programs is required.
✓Strong analytical, problem solving skills and project management expertise is required.
✓Proficient with Microsoft Office products, with advanced knowledge of Excel is required.
✓Must be self-directed with the ability to work autonomously on several projects concurrently.
Experience with Lawson HRIS, crystal reporting and MS Addins is preferred.
