SENIOR CERTIFIED PERFUSIONIST - Temporary Hire

Scheduled Daily Hours: 7.5 HOURS Hourly Rate: $80.02 For positions that have only a rate listed, the displayed rate is the hiring rate but could be subject to change based on shift differential, experience, education or other relevant factors. SUMMARY OF POSITION: Under general supervision, assess, plan and implement the patient care requirements and treatment necessary for cardiopulmonary bypass/assistance before, during and after surgery.

Sets up and operates the heart/lung machine. Consults with Physicians and selects appropriate equipment. Performs related duties as required.

6:30 AM-3 PM. This is a Temporary / Full Time role. EDUCATION, TRAINING &

Graduation from an accredited NYS college with an Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree with a major in perfusion technology or graduation from a NYS accredited certificate program in perfusion technology required. Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion is required. BLS is required.
