✓Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of three days a week from 08:00AM - 05:00PM and two days from 10:00AM - 07:00PM CST.

Education
✓High School Diploma / GED
Qualifications
✓Must be 18 years of age OR older
✓2+ years of experience working with medical terminology
✓2+ years of Medical / Healthcare experience in a hospital, pharmacy, or physician's office providing clinical or administrative assistance
✓Computer proficiency, to include data entry and utilizing Microsoft Outlook
✓Computer proficiency with direct messaging applications (Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc.)
✓Ability to type and navigate a Windows-based environment simultaneously
✓Ability to work Monday - Friday.
✓Reside within Central or Mountain Standard Time Zone
✓Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
✓Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
✓Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
Pharmacy Tech for Insurance Company or Medical Assistant experience preferred
Managed Care Experience preferred
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred
