Job OverviewThe Senior Compensation Consultant is responsible for designing, maintaining, and administering compensation programs aimed at attracting and retaining world-class talent in a competitive environment. This individual will partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to provide consultative services on all compensation topics and ensure that compensation and total rewards programs are aligned with the business and talent strategies.
This role is also responsible for incentive plan administration. ResponsibilitiesProvides strategic consultation to HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation-related mattersConducts job evaluations to ensure jobs are graded appropriately, considering external market analysis, internal equity, and regulatory complianceOversees system-wide pay grade structures, including development of annual market movement recommendationsCollaborates with leaders and finance to design, administer, calculate, and communicate incentive plans.
Analyzes compensation program effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvementsRequired QualificationsBachelor of Arts Business Administration, Human Resources, or Finance or Combination Education & Experience8 years Direct Compensation experience, including familiarity with and use of salary surveys, market reviews, incentive plan administration, etc. Broad knowledge of several areas of Human ResourcesExperience working in a multi-union environmentAbility to implement new programs and manage projectsStrong analytical and technical skillsProven ability to partner with others outside of area including business partners in human resources and others such as leaders, finance, and ITExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrevious experience working with excel, word, power pointPreferred QualificationsMaster of Arts Business Administration, Human Resources, or FinanceExperience with sales compensationCertified Compensation ProfessionalHealthcare industry experience (pharmacy/pbm) Benefit OverviewFairview offers a generous benefit package including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
