Qualifications
✓Incumbent is responsible for security and maintenance of master keys and assigned equipment
✓Incumbents will operate pressure washers, carpet extraction machines and other equipment required to maintain the facilities in Student Housing
✓Ability to read, write and speak English to directly communicate with staff and students
✓Required to drive a motorized cart and University vehicle to complete job duties
✓Ability to follow, model and promote conduct that adheres to the University of California Principles of Community
✓Ability to work as part of a team and serve as the work leader for a small group of custodians, temporary staff or student staff
✓Ability to read and write English to submit written reports and work orders
✓Valid California driver’s license
✓Must be able to communicate in English – both verbally and in writing – for purpose of instruction and record keeping
