You’ll need
Education
✓Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Healthcare Administration, Health CarePlanning, Business Administration, Public Administration or a related discipline
✓Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in disciplines, as listed in “1” above
✓Satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
✓However, all candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in disciplines, as listed in “1” above.
Qualifications
✓and seven (7) years ofprogressively responsible experience in health and medical service administration, public administration,personnel and labor relations, finance or appropriate functional discipline with an emphasis on planning,liaison and inter-organizational relationships, or related
✓and eight(8)years of progressively responsible experience in areas, as listed in “1”
✓Healthcare Data and Analytics domain expertise
✓Experience with leading change management campaigns to empower clinical teams and drive adoption of AI tools
✓Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
✓Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
✓Experience in managing cross-functional teams, developing strategic partnerships, and optimizing operational workflows.
✓Deep understanding of performance metrics, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
