✓Demonstrated expertise in major and planned gift fundraising, including cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of six-, seven- and eight-figure commitments.
✓Proven ability to lead and develop a frontline fundraising team in a complex, multi-entity environment.
✓Strong understanding of moves management principles and portfolio-based fundraising strategy.
✓Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms; commitment to data-driven processes and decision-making.
✓Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to produce compelling donor proposals and funding priority documents.
✓Knowledge of planned giving vehicles and ability to work effectively with legal and financial advisors on complex gift arrangements.
✓Demonstrated ability to work across organizational lines and build effective relationships with clinical and administrative leaders.
✓Minimum ten years of progressive fundraising experience, with demonstrated success in leadership and major gift work.
